Early Morning Crash in Freeland Leaves Man Deceased

At 6:46am Baltimore County Police and Fire units responded to area of Middletown Rd & Beckleysville Rd for reports of a vehicle crash. Upon arrival units found a 1995 Dodge Neon had struck an embankment and several stationary objects and came to rest on it's roof.

The driver who has been identified as 22-year-old David Justin Waddell of Hanover, Pennsylvania was declared deceased at the scene.
