Woodlawn man missing, Police seeking assistance.

Baltimore County Police are seeking the public's assistance in finding a missing Woodlawn man. Mr. David Harvey Scott, 62 years-old. Was last seen around 2:30pm at the NCIA building in the 2600 block of Lord Baltimore Drive in Milford Mill. Scott is described as a white male, 5'5" and 130lbs.

Mr. Scott is considered a critical missing person because he suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. He can also only walk in a backwards direction. He was last seen wearing a helmet, plaid shirt with a vest, black cargo pants and white tennis shoes.
