Police seek information on Dundalk Ring Bandit

Baltimore County Police are asking for the public's help to identify the man wanted in connection with the theft of a ring valued at close to $1,900.00

On March 2nd, an unidentified adult male walked into the J.C. Penney store in Eastpoint Mall. He spoke with an employee in the jewelry section of the store. The suspect stated he was looking to buy a ring for his girlfriend. He asked the employee to put two rings on her hand for comparison. The suspect then grabbed the employee's hand, removed one of the rings and bolted for the door.

The suspect had visited multiple other jewelry stores located in the mall prior to entering the J.C. Penney.
