Dundalk man dead after being struck by a vehicle.
Baltimore County Police and Fire units responded to the intersection of Dundalk Ave & Baltimore Ave on Friday June 12th around 4:41 pm for multiple reports of a pedestrian struck.
Units arrived to find 76 year old Jack Roland Walther of the unit block of Admiral Dr. laying in the road. A 1999 Ford truck traveling southbound on Dundalk Ave. struck Mr Walther while he was walking down the shoulder of the roadway.
The driver of the truck has been identified as Valery Nimbo of the 12100 blk of Sweet Clover Dr. in Silver Spring, MD
Mr Walther was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 5:30pm.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
