Dundalk Child Killed in Collision with Tow Truck

According to Baltimore County Police, just before 1 p.m., Baltimore County Police and Fire personnel responded to an alley in the 1900 block of Jasmine Road 21222 for a serious crash involving a pedestrian.The preliminary investigation into the crash has indicated that a tow truck and a four-year-old male pedestrian collided in the alley.
Investigators are still trying to determine the exact sequence of events that led to the collision.
The pedestrian was declared deceased at the scene. The driver of the tow truck was not injured and remained at the scene. The crash is under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Crash Team.
The Baltimore County Breaking News Team offers its condolences to the family and friends of the young child who was killed this afternoon.
