Baltimore County Police have charged a second suspect in connection with the July 6 assault in Dundalk that left a man injured. Victor Rabon Collier III (25) has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and related charges. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Just before 3:30 a.m. July 6, police responded to the 3600 block of North Point Road 21222 for an urgent welfare check. When officers arrived, they found a 20-year-old man lying next to the roadway suffering from traumatic injuries. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment. The investigation first led detectives to identify 24-year-old Shane Michael Williams of the 8100 block of Dundalk Avenue 21222 as a person responsible for the crime. Williams was arrested on July 11 and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $250,000 bail. Further investigation led detectives to determine that Collier was also involved in the assault.
