Fiery crash shuts down I-83 in Hereford.

At approximately 8:50 am, Baltimore County 911 received multiple calls for an overturned 18 wheeler in the area of I-83 northbound and Mt. Carmel Rd. Upon arrival to the scene crews advised they had one semi on its side with the cab fully involved. A tanker strike team was requested to help fight the blaze but was partially cancelled while en-route to the scene. The driver was reported to have possible life threatening injuries. The truck was carrying motor oil. There is no word if any spilled due to the crash.
