Parkville native diagnosed with cancer denied crucial tests by health insurance.

Penny Smith, a Parkville native was diagnosed with cancer July of this year. She needed to get a CT Scan but sadly due to having a pacemaker she was unable to do the test. That's when the help stopped. Her insurance company denied the only other test she could do.
