18 Year Old Critically Injured in Reisterstown Shooting


UPDATE: At midnight police have confirmed the 18 year old has died from his injuries.

An 18-year-old man was critically injured after being shot Sunday night.

#BCoPD officers were called to the 200 block of Caraway Road in Reisterstown at approximately 8:31 p.m. after the victim was shot while in the driver’s seat of his car. He was transported to an area hospital where he is in critical condition after being shot at least once in the upper body.

Police believe the victim was targeted and that there is no danger to the general public, although the suspect fled the scene and remains outstanding at this time.

This crime is currently under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Department Violent Crimes Unit.
